Your Luray Bed and Breakfast

We receive dozens of calls a year from people visiting beautiful Luray Caverns or sightseeing Skyline Drive asking how far our Inn is from Luray.  Did you know that we are only 15 minutes or so from the underground wonders of the Caverns, the Shenandoah National Park, and the breathtaking views and hiking opportunities along Skyline Drive?  But that’s not all!  You will not want to miss the many recreational opportunities of the legendary Shenandoah River, including canoeing, tubing, kayaking, boat cruises, boat rental, and fishing either.  If you’re interested in fishing, you definitely need to talk with my son who fishes the river.

There’s horseback riding too.  In fact, there is so much to do and see in Luray and in the Shenandoah Valley that it is impossible to cover it in a single blog or two. This year will be an especially eventful year in Luray. Therefore, we are developing a special page on Luray where you will soon be able to find everything in one place.

Make historic Rosendale Inn your Luray bed and breakfast and we will not only help you put together your Luray tour package, but will tell you about the fascinating history of President Woodrow Wilson and his family here at Rosendale.  You will also have an opportunity to read excerpts from my new book on the subject. I hope you will visit us soon–Paul Murphy, Innkeeper
