This restored (2008) suite as part of the “FDR living history project” features two private rooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds, period furniture, and FDR memorabilia. The bedrooms are separated by a hallway and a bath. A 1939 Presidential Luncheon Guest List here at Rosendale hangs on the wall. The suite is on the first floor, has its own private entrance, and will accommodate four people, making it ideal for families. Sleeps 4

All suites are large and spacious, some with 11 foot ceilings. Many have fireplaces; all have large private baths, and are air conditioned. All suites are decorated with authentic period furnishings. The beds are king, queen, and single.
